How can I maximize the benefits of my Event Hub throughout the year? Event Hub serves as a central communication platform that can be utilized consistently. Your QR code not only grants access to your Hub page but can also be shared as a link across various channels such as social media, emails, and texts. By directing prospects and guests to your Hub, they can easily access your contact information, social channels, and distributed materials. Furthermore, whenever you renew your Hub annually, you can continue using the QR code you have already printed and distributed, ensuring that it always provides the most up-to-date information. Additionally, any visitor to your Hub has the convenience of effortlessly sharing your hub through social media, text, or email with a single click.
-Is there a limit to where or how often I can use my Event Hub? No. Your Event Hub is active for the duration of your registration with unlimited QR scans.
-What is a Vendor Hub? Every Event Hub comes with a vendor/sponsor page. We list each of your sponsors/vendors on that page with a link to their website so that your attendees can seamlessly connect with any of your sponsors/vendors. A Vendor Hub is similar to an Event Hub in that it allows your sponsors/vendors to have a single touchpoint for your event attendees with the same benefits-contact info, social channels, sales brochures or flyers, map links, and custom CTAs. A Vendor Hub replaces their website link on the vendor page.
-Do I pay for the Vendor Hub or does the sponsor/vendor? It is up to you. Many events choose to include the cost or pay for it for the sponsors and present the opportunity to vendors, allowing them to pay for their own if they choose. We can provide a flyer and link to send to your vendors that allows them to setup their own Vendor Hub.
-What if our event has more than 50 sponsors or vendors? Additional vendors can be added to the vendor page of larger events for a small fee.
-What happens if I need to make a change to one of my elements in my Hub? We will provide you with a form to request changes such as phone numbers, flyers, maps, brochures, registration links, etc. Plus members are allowed one complimentary change form per quarter. Pro members are allowed one complimentary change form per month.
-What type of data is collected and sent to me? Total QR scans/link clicks, unique visitors, location of visitor, referral location, CTA clicks, and how your Hub visitors share your Hub.
